James Morton Kneads to Raise Dough
One year on from reaching the final of the Great British Bake Off, Scotland’s baking star from the fair isle of Shetland has performed his special brand of extreme baking at shows across the country.
Dates at the Edinburgh Fringe, the Dundee Flower & Food Show, Wigtown book festival, Belladrum festival and the BBC Good Food Shows have all been warmly received and complimented by the release of James’s debut book, ‘Brilliant Bread’.
To round off the year, James and his trusty kitchen assistant present a festive treat. Don’t know your sourdough from your stollen? Watch on as James raises dough whilst explaining the science and magic of bread-making all with a festive twist. Struggling for a gift idea?
