Palate: Fresh juniper balanced with sweet orange and lemon, hints of coriander, gentle herbs and spices, with a luxurious, creamy mouth-feel and a subtle hint of sweet malt.
Finish: Long and lingering, fresh and citrus

Nose: Rich, sweet, and floral with notes of vanilla toffee, berry fruits and freshly-cut herbs.
Taste: Toasted oak makes way to summer fruits for a mellow sweetness.

Declan Hegarty will be bringing live music to the Main Bar every Thursday from 9.30pm.
Declan is a fully trained folk harp player who also plays the guitar and sings across a variety of genres.
Enjoy saxophonist Gordon Dickson and guitarist Graham Mackintosh’s interpretations of jazz standards from the American songbook, jump blues tradition, and Brazilian bossa nova, every second Sunday in the bar.
